Instead, they work as a collective, meaning they make decisions regarding the business together—including how they work. In 2017, the café celebrated its 33rd birthday. You’ll find more than coffee and cake here, though: There are plenty of savory dishes on the menu like the vegan Chili sin Carne or the combination pizza-tarte flambée.
