Only the lettering immortalized on the façade reminds us of the stately Palast Hotel, which once housed its guests here. Right next to the entrance portal of the imposing Art Deco building is the eponymous restaurant, with a spacious terrace and a view of the Kranplatz with its fountain. Who would like to do it like the Wiesbadeners drinks an aperitif or cocktail at the bar or enjoys—in ture spirit of a grand hotel—fine international dishes with influences from the Mediterranean, American and Asiatic kitchen.
